Kapil Sharma is known for inviting celebrity guests on his standup comedy and talk shows. Ranbir Kapoor admits to gifting mother’s jewellery, sister’s dress to his girlfriend
In the recently released promo, Ranbir, Neetu and Riddhima are seen having fun with the rest of the team, which includes Kapil, Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek. As Ranbir cuts the ribbon of the first episode with his mother and sister, everyone dances before starting the conversation. When Kapil asked whether the Animal actor had gifted Riddhima’s dress to his girlfriend, he responded by admitting that he had also gifted his mother’s jewellery. Riddhima adds, “Our generation has had the most fun.”
Sunil Grover is rocking the role of Gutthi in The Great Indian Kapil Show.
Sunil, who is back as Gutthi, reminds Neetu how he had gifted his bangles to the daughter-in-law as a token of acceptance in one of the previous shows. Gutthi offered to return the bangles and gave her mobile phone to Neetu. When Kapil interrupted, he told about selling bangles to buy a smartphone.
Ginni Chatrath takes a dig at Kapil Sharma on his new show
In a funny scene, there was a cute altercation between Kapil and Ginni Chatrath. When Ranbir told Kapil that he wanted to bring Raha to his show, Kapil said that he would take care of the elder child as Ginni was pregnant with their second child. He asked, “Who is responsible for this?” Embarrassed Kapil said, “Take away the mic from him.”
The Great Indian Kapil Show will premiere on Netflix from March 30, 2024 at 9 PM.
