Why You Should Blog. I have been blogging for fair over two months now. Many of my mentoring students are asking my advice on blogging.

I even have thus far unsure to show much about blogging. Because it’s not something I sense I “know” yet. I perceive far more comfortable teaching about things I do know.

Well… I look quickly at Alexa and noticed that this blog almost hit the highest 10,000 most visited sites on the web today. It means I have been seeing success with many of the system that are special to blog promotion.

I felt it had been time to mark down a post about promotion. BUT… WAIT! I even have not even explained why I have this blog thing. I cannot really skip into getting traffic to your blog without explaining why I even have a blog and why you should have one too; now can I?.

Let’s return to my history.

I “made it” online without many of the tools you see me contributing today. I had no products and no copy writing ability. My program ranking data was my key to my original success on the web.

I might simply create high ranking websites for a few market and sell the traffic from those sites on to those that did have copywriting ability and products.

Obviously I do not recommend that. Having your personal unit and copy writing ability are both multipliers to knowing the way to get traffic. Now-a-days I specialise in all three aspects of your Internet business and recommend that you simply do an equivalent.

With that said… don’t underestimate the traffic business. Consider this. Who is that the affluent man within the world? Right. Gates . He sells software. Software may be a good business! Consider this though. Who are the three leading websites on the Internet? Go check Alexa if you don’t know.

Now let’s take a jump here. What do those three sites sell?. Ok take a moment on this one. There’ll be a test.

That’s right. They exchanging traffic (or they mostly exchanging traffic… Yahoo and MSN are a small bit more diverse than that). Now isn’t that interesting… The richest man within the world… who go that way by selling software… now wants to sell traffic.

OK that was a diversion. We will come there to later. What I wanted to inform you about. Was my experience selling traffic (which remains the most important a part of my business).

I made an error . I sold traffic anonymously under corporate names. None of my traffic buyers know who I’m. They only buy traffic from XYZ firm. Because it converts to sales for them. XYZ Corporation has no personality. In fact it is fully automated and most of my customers seem to affection it that way.

I tried to vary that a few of years ago. I began sending them emails teaching. How they might get the foremost out of my traffic service. I used to be too late. They didn’t know me and that they didn’t want to listen to from me.
